“Why wouldn’t a company have a maintenance contract?”
31st May 2016
A common, rhetorical question that I often hear from The Engineer is “Why wouldn’t a company have a maintenance contract?”
Being surrounded by an engineering team with well over 40 years’ experience working on commercial air conditioning and refrigeration systems for every company imaginable I thought I was in the perfect place to find out a little more.
Why have one?
As our maintenance contract customers will confirm, planned preventative maintenance (PPM) saves money, prevents any unexpected surprises and enables you to manage your budget whilst relieving stress. Also all contract customers benefit from same day breakdown call out with a guaranteed maximum time of 6 hours, pretty handy in itself over the summer months.
What’s not to like?
By servicing these systems regularly they’re much less likely to break down in the middle of service, a heatwave, a busy profitable weekend or a festival (tick which one applies). If they do, then you just need to make a phone call and our team action immediately and keep you updated, simple.
Sounds pretty easy, it is. Firstly we’ll send out an expert RS engineer to carry out a free site survey along with a quick “health check” on all your systems, units and chillers. Next we’ll create a service quotation bespoke for your business needs and budget. This plan can include multiple sites and fit around seasonal peaks. We’ll follow up with a friendly call and introduce our support team the its up to you if you’d like to go ahead.
The only answer I can see why you wouldn’t choose a service plan for your business is -that not everyone knows that we actually do maintenance!
Call the maintenance team now to arrange your free survey.
