 RS1 – Fixed Priced Maintenance Agreement

  • Covers all servicing & service only parts
  • 24 hour callout, 365 days a year
  • Agreed discounted labour rates
  • Visit to site fee which would be applied to all other works

RS2 – Labour inclusive Maintenance Agreement

  • Covers all servicing & service only parts
  • 24 hour callout, 365 days a year
  • All labour
  • Travel to carry out all other repairs
  • Additional parts, materials and refrigerant to be charged extra to the contract price

RS3 – Fully inclusive Repair and Maintenance Agreement

  • Covers all servicing and service only parts
  • 24 hour callout, 365 days a year
  • All labour
  • All Materials
  • Travel to carry out all other repairs
  • Excludes the refrigerant only – all parts & materials included

Covid-19 Impact Readiness

To all our valued customers, we want to assure you that we have strong plans and processes in place to maintain the provision of our services during this challenging time.

RS Refrigeration Services Ltd is taking extra precautions to protect our staff, customers, partners and the wider community. Following the latest government guidelines, our engineers are keeping up with the highest hygiene standards, we will continue as usual on site; however, we have asked our engineers to exercise caution and social distancing.

All RS employees have been screened for recent travel (last 14 days or more) to any countries outside the UK.

We can confirm that no employee of RS currently displays any symptoms of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and we will continue to monitor and update the accuracy of this statement.
