Refrigeration & AC Service Maintenance Contract

Fixed Priced

Our fixed price agreement covers all agreed servicing & service only parts required. You’ll benefit from 24 hour breakdown call out covering you 365 days a year along with agreed discounted rates on all our labour, with the fixed price contract a visit to site fee which would be applied to all other work needed.

Labour Inclusive

This agreement includes all labour so reduces repair costs substantially.  Also included is all servicing & service only parts required, our 24 hour breakdown call out covering you 365 days a year along with travel to carry out all other repairs.  Only additional parts, materials and refrigerant to be charged extra to the contract price.

Fully Inclusive

Selecting our Fully Inc contract enables you to manage your facilities budget and reduces any unexpected costs. Includes all agreed servicing and service only parts, our 24 hour breakdown callout covering you 365 days a year, all labour costs included , all materials included, travel to carry out all other repairs included, only additional charge for any refrigerant required.


All our quotes include the latest FGAS regulations, depending on the size of your units we’ll carry out leak testing annually and record all data for your records.

A standard feature of all our maintenance agreements is the provision of full FGAS monitoring and calibration certification.
